Intern, Global Networks and Partnerships, Clean Cooking Alliance

Internship - Remote - Internship

Position Overview

The Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA) works with a global network of partners to build an inclusive industry that makes clean cooking accessible to the three billion people who live each day without it. Established in 2010, the CCA drives consumer demand, mobilizes investment to build a scalable business pipeline, and fosters an enabling environment for the sector to thrive. Clean cooking transforms lives by improving health, protecting the climate and environment, empowering women, and helping consumers save time and money. In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, CCA is working to achieve universal access to clean cooking by 2030.

The 2024 Summer Intern will be integral to CCA’s Global Networks & Partnerships (GN&P) Team. The Global Networks & Partnerships team works to initiate and strengthen cross-cutting and transformative partnerships to accelerate clean cooking impact and scale. The team engages with global multi-lateral agencies on high-level advocacy for clean cooking and pursues strategic partnerships focused on embedding clean cooking into adjacent ecosystems, including gender, youth, humanitarian, climate, nature, and food systems. GN&P works closely and collaboratively across CCA to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

The 2024 Summer Intern will assist with GN&P's strategy development, research, and fundraising initiatives in clean cooking, gender, youth, and nature.

This is a paid opportunity from May 28, 2024, through September 2, 2024, and offers an hourly compensation rate of $17.50 per hour for individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from (within 8 months of graduation) an associate degree or bachelor’s degree program; and $20 per hour for individuals currently enrolled in a graduate program.
